Our room on the upper floors was compact and air-conditioned with lovely beds. Everything seemed perfect, clean.

The hotel was spacious, clean and very comfortable; its staff was friendly and helpful with the tram/bus logistics of travel.

Location of the hotel was inconvenient for tourists arriving in the Centraal train station. It was a 20 minute ride from the city center.

Room was nice, cozy, clean, comfortable.

It's a long way from downtown, transport is regular.

Loved our stay and would go back in flash. Everything met requests. Geuzenveld-Slotermeer district deserves your attention. Such city attractions as De Ontmoeting were close enough to this hotel.

No nonsense, just the truth

A spacious and impeccably clean room. The location is convenient with a short tram ride to the city center. Shops nearby for snacks. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Definitely a great pick for value without the chaos of downtown!

The staff were helpfull, the rooms easy to get too and the free internet.

The walls were paper thin, my neighbours had on their television till 2.40 a.m!!

I had a lovely time staying here for 3 nights, especially enjoying the comfy twin room and the delicious breakfast spread every morning. The leisure area was great, with a cozy TV room and a fun game corner to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the plumbing could be a bit noisy at times, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

Easy to get into the centre also to be out of the hectic, noisy city. on return. Peaceful canal walks with bird life and a good Turkish restuarant close by on the water

Although travelling into the city centre was easy, it was too far out to return during the day, then go out again.

There were no disposable slippers in the room and fridge wasn't working.

It was comfortable. The room had everything you needed.

Very helpful staff, especially the gentleman in reception. Quite nice breakfast thus I think it should be part of the room price. Connections to city center practical and working very well, I do not understand the complaints people have made about it. Yes, it is 15 minutes but the tram takes you there directly. Taxi from airport to hotel nearly 40€. Hotels generally expensive in Amsterdam but still I think good value for the price.

Well I stayed at this hotel on the 10th February for 3nights check in was quick which I found was an adavantage. The fact that this hotel had car park was also a plus for me although it charged 15 euros and I must stress that if you are going to use the car park at the hotel make sure you get a car parking ticket that lets you access the car park anytime within your stay so you can pay for the car park when you check out. The hotel is close to Dam sqaure by car and by local transport. Good value for money

Unfortunately they are not any restaurants nearby to eat or get a quick snack. Also during my stay I requested a double room but the my room was just two single beds pushed together. On the whole the hotel is good value money but as it is rated as four stars I would personally rate the hotel as 3stars.
